This is a competence-based qualification assessed in your strategic work environment. To achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Executive Housing and Property Management, you’ll complete 39 credits across eight mandatory units by building a portfolio of executive-level workplace evidence.

How You’ll Be Assessed
This qualification is delivered through a blended learning model, with much of the core material delivered online.
