Course Content and Structure

This is a competence-based qualification assessed through a portfolio of workplace evidence. To achieve the Level 3 Diploma, you will complete 37 credits across mandatory and optional units. You will need to be working in a management or supervisory role to complete this qualification

You’ll build a portfolio of evidence demonstrating your competence. This evidence will be assessed by a fully qualified and occupationally competent coach or assessor through:

Virtual or one-to-one coaching sessions
Flexible delivery tailored to your needs and work schedule
Regular feedback and guidance to support your progress

Your portfolio will be internally quality assured and externally certified by Innovate Awarding.
