Course Content and Structure

This is an accessible qualification assessed through a portfolio of evidence. To achieve the Level 1 Award, you will complete 6 credits across units covering core employability skills.

No previous qualifications or work experience are required.

How You’ll Be Assessed

You’ll build a portfolio of evidence demonstrating your competence. This evidence will be assessed by a fully qualified and occupationally competent coach or assessor through:

Virtual or one-to-one coaching sessions
Flexible delivery tailored to your needs and work schedule
Regular feedback and guidance to support your progress

Your portfolio will be internally quality assured and externally certified by Innovate Awarding.
