Why Qualified Assessors Are in Demand Right Now
Apprenticeship reforms are changing what’s expected of training providers across England. Coaches and training staff are increasingly required to hold a formal assessor qualification and demonstrate current occupational competency, not just at the end of a programme, but throughout delivery.
For organisations, that means building qualified assessment capacity is becoming a compliance priority, not just a nice-to-have. For individuals, it means the demand for skilled, qualified assessors is growing and getting qualified now puts you ahead of that curve.
About the Qualification
On successful completion, you will hold the Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement, accredited through Innovate Awarding. This qualification enables you to assess in a variety of roles within further education, including apprenticeship delivery and End Point Assessment.
Aim Higher Training is a best practice accredited centre with high success rates. We’re a learner-led provider, which means your qualification comes with the confidence and practical capability to use it.
The best next step is a short, no-obligation discovery call with our team. We’ll talk through where you are now, what you’re looking for, and whether this programme is the right fit.
