Built around the Competence and Conduct Standard

From October 2026, the Regulator of Social Housing’s Competence and Conduct Standard requires senior housing managers to hold, or be working towards, a Level 4 qualification, and senior housing executives a Level 5 qualification, with transition periods of three years for providers with 1,000 or more homes, and four years for smaller providers. The Housing Academy is built around this timeline, so you can plan your route to compliance rather than react at the deadline.
